Landmark Dodge - Fraud
I purchased my brand new Dodge Journey 2018 from Dodge Landmark in Morrow on 5/27/18. A few days later I realized the car was overheating.
I contacted Landmark and they advised me have my car towed in. I rode with the tow truck driver to the dealership. Mark the service department manager inspected my vehicle upon arrival due to the fact I hadn't opened it a week. There was no body damage when I left it there.
When I was contacted this past Monday 6/4/18 they informed me my car wouldn't be covered under warranty do to the damages done to the vehicle. I was shocked! What damages?! I left work drove an hour and a half north when I got there I went immediately to Mark.
He said come here I'll show you what I'm talking about. He guided me to my car and my car was wrecked!!! Not how I left it. He informed me I could contact my insurance provider and to file a claim with them and Landmark Dodge service department would be more than happy to fix the damages.
Also he added I must've wrecked it and not even realized it. This is insurance fraud.
I am irritated. I have contacted the news and I've also had to hire an attorney.
