I've been trying to negotiate with the manager which is named Dennis this is about landmark Dodge in chamblee he stayed that he will fix the issues with the car return the car in less than 30 days and 1500 miles to no avail I spoke to him once mind you this is the month of July I spoke to him once in reference to that car they submitted my put my car into the shop they stated that the charges was $1,300 and that I was responsible for the charger I have never even driven the car I'm still making payments and insurance to protect my credit but I don't know and I don't think that it's fair that I should be responsible for the repairs of this car my contract did not stay as is the car was put into the shop without them even communicating with me and stating what the charges for the repairs will be that's a fraud alert so I'm seeking out for a lawyer to help me out this situation
Preferred solution: For the manager to be a man of his word and pay for the charges for the repair of the car the car was not sold as is me pan1300 is not an option

I literally asked Tim a question, and this man actually replied back with nothing but laughing emojis. It could've been the funniest, or dumbest question in the world, but I was curious...so I asked my question and got laughed at by the Head Manager. There's a first time for everything, and it's my first time getting laughed at by a manager.

Preferred solution: I don't even know at this point. Money is always nice but greedy corporations don't give anything. They just take. I think it's pathetic that he actually laughed though. Laugh to yourself, don't send an email to a customer with laughing emojis.

Poor Servicd
I bought a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan GT from Lee Summit Honda with an extended warranty on it. The warranty was transferred to your service dept.
I was told I would have to pay for a rental car out of my pocket. I called Lee s Summit Dodge and I was told that the warranty would pay 40.00 a day for a rental car. So needless to say the van will be going to Lee s Summit Dodge Tuesday morning and a rental car will be waiting. So from know on all my dodge work on my van will go to them.
I bought a 2016 Dodge Van and had problems buying it. I said I d never buy another vehicle from you ever again
Preferred solution: Nothing other then the fact the way the sale on the 2016 Van went and the lack of knowledge by the service dept

Lies from sales consultant to get people to come in on false pretenses. JaKorbie Dixon is the absolute worst sales consultant there is.
Mr. Dixon outright lied to get customers to come in on false pretenses.
After explaining to this guy (10 times) slowly he continued to lie about what he was able to deliver. I've purchased (2) cars from this dealership without any problems in the past.

Customer Service
After being harassed through text messages and phone calls I made the trip to the store and the Sales Manager Greg and Financing Manager Jonas were atrocious. They were rude, shouting and invading personal space. I need to speak with the manager of this location because they should not be assisting or over anyones account if they are going to have bad attitudes and poor customer service.

Buyer Beware
I was sold a used car with a defective radio/cd player.
On 9/25/19 I purchased a used 2013 Cadillac SRX from this dealership with Farimang Ceesay(dealer#193001)as the salesman. I financed the vehicle with a purchase price at 13,499 and $2300 down.
The payments are $454 for 36 months.The car was in overall great condition. He helped me check over ever feature. He had the dvd player going and assured me the car was in great condition. Once i got home I discovered the dvd would not eject.
I called and Ceesay asked me to bring it back so a technician could repair. After a hour wait the manager informed me that they only check for safety issues. The car would probably need a new radio head unit and they would not repair it. This is a very costly repair and I believe the dealership and or salesmen were knowledgeable of this defect.
The car was sold as is and have a good day.
It completely upset me to have this happen to me. I thought this dealership was better than this.

Oil change and tire rotation
Brought my company van in for a oil change and tire rotation!
This is the 4th time bring in for this routine service every 8 thousand mile as recommended .
Come to find out they only rotated my tires one time out of the 4 times it has been in for service and now my front tires need replacing after only 30 thousand miles!
The manager Scott said he would give me a tire if I bought the other for $187.23. and he would put us first in line to install the tires!
well after two hours they just put it on the lift.
I have bought 4 vehicles sense 2018 and this is how they treat you!!
My commercial sales man Charlie is one of the best guys up there and always takes care of me!! Will be taking my vehicles elsewhere to be serviced

Terrible Service
I visit the Morrow location today and I was there for 4 hours for a oil change service. I was very disappointed with the service dept for allowing customers to sit that long without any communicating about the long wait times. I asked for a manager and he was too busy to talk.
Fraud
I purchased my brand new Dodge Journey 2018 from Dodge Landmark in Morrow on 5/27/18. A few days later I realized the car was overheating.
I contacted Landmark and they advised me have my car towed in. I rode with the tow truck driver to the dealership. Mark the service department manager inspected my vehicle upon arrival due to the fact I hadn't opened it a week. There was no body damage when I left it there.
When I was contacted this past Monday 6/4/18 they informed me my car wouldn't be covered under warranty do to the damages done to the vehicle. I was shocked! What damages?! I left work drove an hour and a half north when I got there I went immediately to Mark.
He said come here I'll show you what I'm talking about. He guided me to my car and my car was wrecked!!! Not how I left it. He informed me I could contact my insurance provider and to file a claim with them and Landmark Dodge service department would be more than happy to fix the damages.
Also he added I must've wrecked it and not even realized it. This is insurance fraud.
I am irritated. I have contacted the news and I've also had to hire an attorney.
Avoid this dealership
I purchased a truck in September and have not received my tag yet. I paid upfront for the tag.
Have had to renew my temp tag 2 times at my expense having to take off work. Now they say that I can go pick up my tag and they will send me a check for $25 For tag fee. It would be 3 trips to tag office and 3 times I’ve taken off work to do their job for them. This is a *** poor way to run a business.
I salsa had to make additional trips to dealership to complete paperwork that was wrong . This dealership would be better off to close the doors till they know how to satisfy the customers. Then again if you drive a Dodge you can’t be satisfied.
Good luck with the service department. This place is a freaking joke.
Purchase of a Car
I purchase a BMW Disel X5 on 08/23/2017.My sales Rep..Tony put gas in disel vehicle. Eric Grenier the New Car Sales Manager has been no help.I been lied to from Day one that BMW fixed my car.Not true!!!
The engine light still remains on!!!!for the fist Month in a half I was back in forward in a loner due to being lied too.I landmrk should have paid my carmote ist month i didnt have my car i was taken advantage of being Female!!! Being sold a Warranty so than Landmark Dodge to use to fix and correct their error on the warranty expense if needed . ERIC Grenier lied to Chris Akinlotin on 07/28/2018 stating i signed a waiver saying my car was fixed!!!This is type of lies that I continue to put up with to get my car fixed. Which one of your sales rep put wrong gas in it..take ownership and right your wrongs!!!

I was charged for a warranty that i never used all for the bonus at time of sale was issued to each employee!!!!! I WANT THE REP.Eddie Rosa to correct the invoice showing invoice issue first took place ..He stated that Customer states the vehicle will not start'' Check and asvise failed fuel pump draines and cleaned complete fuel system...what happen was Your Sales Tony he was in the Commercial with Donnineck Wilson talking about he cant shoot the ball my arm hurts..Your New Car sales rep Eric Greenier Manager new bout the issue from day one!!!n now the light is still on no one wants to help me other than Quincy Moseley.

This is the oldest trick in the book. Telling a customer They need certain information just to give you the price of a vehicle, its illegal to run someone credit without prior consent. This is violating the law of credit: profiles are considered a private matter and the act of pulling a ....you can sue someone in civil court. Also it makes you angry.
What has this world come to now, trying to make a dollar.
We will reach out to the owner first and if we don't get any satisfaction we will take it to court. Rights have been violated.

Beware of Service dept Scamming
THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DID EXTRA WORK ON MY CAR WITHOUT INFORMING ME BEFORE HAND AND CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $350+ for changing spark plugs AFTER THE WORK WAS FINISHED. DO NOT use their SERVICE DEPT.
Then they told me I could trade the car in... Scam.
I spoke to the manager Tim Henderson and said 'You paid the bill' & he offered no solution. This service department is the worst at customer service AND MY CAR IS STILL DOING THE SAME THING.
MILITARY OR TRAVELING BUSINESS PEOPLE I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT GOING TO LANDMARK DODGE IN MORROW, GA!!!!
Poor repair dept & very poor customer service

Thank you for your public response to my comment for me to contact you. If you read my entire comment you will see I spoke to you and Sophia (the representative that told me a new engine would cost me $10,000 and it would probably be best for me to trade in my car and the rep that told me my cylinder #5 was being replaced and she was the rep that DID NOT tell me there was and extra $350 charge to put spark plugs in my car). Your service technician said I need a new engine but the spark plugs should fix the current problem however my car is still not fixed, it is doing the same thing as before.
You offered no resolution when we discussed this over the phone the other day. I will email you a copy of this post to make sure you receive my response.
Thank you for the poor customer service experience. An expensive lesson learned by me - fool me once!

This is the worst place to buy a car I traded in my 2016 Charger for 2018 Charger and all ready the car is pulling to the left then pulling to the right it’s Brand New car it’s not supposed to be giving me any problems whatsoever then I can never get any one on the phone then when you do they give false information to get you off the phone. Don’t ever buy a car from Landmark. Mind you I had the car only a week

Our 2013 Chrysler T&C had its transmission go out around 63K miles. We had it towed to our daughter's place sine they were driving it when it went out.
My wife contacted Landmark in Morrow, GA via chat & brought up the problem & asked would it be covered since the mileage was withing the 100K power train warranty. The girl in the chat said it would not since we did not get the service done at Landmark. Well, she has never heard of the Magnusson-Moss Act which states that as long as the maintenance is done due to the criteria listed in the owner's manual regarding mileage & making sure the materials used matched the SAE standards set by Dodge, warranty work cannot be denied. Also, if a DEALER or MANUFACTURER requires you to have maintenance work done @ the dealer instead of using another business, then the maintenance and all materials must be covered by the dealer OR manufacturer & are free to the consumer.
Well, we contacted Newnan Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram(close to daughter's house) and they said bring it in. We went there, the young lady looked up the VIN, took down the mileage & said it was covered by warranty. This was from a dealer we had never been at before. So we had the warranty work done.
We also had some other work done on the van & our 2014 Dodge Avenger - brakes & tires - to the tune of $1200. So Landmark lost $1200 because they refused to honor warranty work.
I've told the last 2 salemen who called me that "I would drive a 100 miles to another dealer & spend $100 before I would drive the 4 - 5 miles from my house to Landmark & spend $10." I've also told the sales people they were wasting their time making calls to me as I would NEVER do business with them again. They've quit calling me.
